Step 1

-Submit Request for Proposal here.

-We will schedule a 20-minute phone consultation to ensure that we are a perfect design match.

-General Estimate at the end of the call


Step 2

-If you would like to move forward, we will schedule an in person design consultation. There is a $25 consultation fee for floral design and a $75 fee for full event design that will be applied to your balance.

-After a $500 non-refundable fee payment, you will receive a detailed proposal within 2 weeks that includes rentals and custom decor. We allow up to two revisions.

-Upon your approval, we require a retainer of 25% of the total quoted balance (to which the $500 fee will be applied) and a signed contract.


Step 3

-Once we receive your signed contract and retainer, you will receive an invitation to your custom client portal with an outline of the next steps in the design process and access to all pertinent documents and design boards.

-For floral design, we offer up to 2 meetings after we are contracted, which includes a venue site visit. For event design, we offer up to 4 in-person meetings, unlimited consultations via email, as well as, venue site visits. (Number of visits and consultations based on the customized services chosen.)
