A Shreveport native and Dillard University alumna, Nadia Simmone Johnson is no stranger to the event industry. With over a decade of event industry experience, her love for design, and a family of wedding and event professionals, Nadia has coupled these things with her corporate and marketing background to create breath-taking masterpieces.

Currently, Nadia is an industry favorite and works closely with industry professionals to create awe-inspiring events for her clients. She is a proud member MunaLuchi Bride Magazine’s Coterie and the preferred vendor for many venues in Texas and Louisiana. Nadia’s work and expert wedding advice can be found in the pages of MunaLuchi’s print publication and blog. Her designs have also been featured in Black Bride Magazine, Modern Luxury Magazine, Rising Tide Society, Borrowed and Blue, amongst several other print and online publications.

In addition to designing, Nadia believes that her true purpose is to educate small business owners in the creative market at all levels to help grow their businesses. Holding a B.A. in Mass Communications and an M.B.A. in Marketing, she is an international speaker and educator, and has been tapped to speak as far away as, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Her love of the arts and beautiful things knows no bounds, which allows her unbridled creativity to flow. She prides herself on creating custom experiences for each of her clients, which has allowed her to build close relationships with her clients that last long after the event has come to a close. Nadia and the By Nadia Simmone team produce and design over 50 events per year, and fall deeper in love with design after every execution. Her client list includes NFL and MLB players, as well as, corporations such as, Tampax, Chick-Fil-A, Target, and Red Bull.
